Sütaş Güneydoğu Anadolu Yem Fabrikası, Bingöl

SÜTAŞ, which has been operating since 1975 with a focus on milk and dairy products; Karacabey, and 4 Aksaray Integrated Plant founded in Bingol in Turkey after the investment in Tire. Considering the Bingöl investment of SÜTAŞ, its foreign facilities in Macedonia and Romania, it will be the 6th facility of the company. SÜTAŞ processes approximately 800 million liters of milk per year in its facilities.

All the DALI armatures in all the farms are controlled manually from the automation switch as KNX Dali, and by HDL Automation, automatic control over the required Dim scenario in the farms depending on the daylight. In addition, each farm can be monitored and managed centrally by working with different scenarios with the Building Management Monitoring Software.

150 Million USD of investment would amount to about SÜTAŞ with this facility, in Turkey aims to increase its production capacity by 30%. SÜTAŞ will process 1063 tons / day milk in Bingöl facilities, produce 6.4 MW / h electricity with 600 tons / day feed and 80 tons / day organomineral fertilizer, 5 breeding dairy cattle development farms with 10000 milking capacity, 1 breeding farm with 6500 head capacity and will invest in 1 fattening farm with 5000 head capacity. In addition, within the scope of this investment, a genomic selection and embryo production center will be established; It is also planned to develop breeds suitable for the conditions of the region. When the investment is completed, the facility will provide direct employment to 1000 people.
