Shunjing Building covers an area of 48,360 sq.m. It locates in the core political, economic and cultural area of Zhongshan City. To follow the concept of environmental protection, the designer endowed the building with innovative design.

The public area and two-story parking of the building are automated with HDL Buspro System to control lighting and HVAC. The management staff can control the lighting and HVAC via the smart panel, phone or computer. Otherwise, the system can also perform automatic control by adding a logic module.
