Botanica Thermal & Spa Center

Swissôtel Çeşme will take its wellness activities and services to the highest level with its 1700 square meter indoor pool and fitness room, as well as its 2500 square meter “Botanica Thermal & Spa Center”.

Swissôtel Çeşme, which has a ballroom of 700 square meters, will be able to serve 450 people in a ball dinner arrangement. The hotel will also have 10 meeting rooms and a business center area. Swissôtel Çeşme, which will offer all kinds of facilities that will make you feel advanced hotel management and luxury, will also have a helipad. The hotel will offer an outstanding food and beverage service throughout the day with its beach bar, restaurant on the beach and a la carte restaurant. Swissôtel Çeşme guests will taste different flavors and experience unique experiences, accompanied by the sea and the sun during the day, at sunset and during the night.

Thanks to HDL buspro software in all rooms;

Tile thermostat and Fan-coil (FCU), Lighting, DND/MUR, Bell, controls are made with HDL room controller (RCU).

In addition, by providing room and door-based integration with the online system Vingcard door lock in the rooms, Welcome / Goodbye etc. in both rooms. scenarios are made and all this information is communicated bilaterally at the server level.

With HDL IHMS software, all room controls are designed for central monitoring, and all room and service status reports can be used by hotel officials. PMS integration from FIDELIO software is performed via HDL IHMS, and Chehk-in/Check-out, service statuses also work.

In common areas, both Lighting (On/off, Dim, Universal Dim, DALI ) and Fan-Coil (FCU) controls are provided with HDL Buspro software and devices.

All controls in the floor corridors, Lobby, Restaurant, Meeting rooms, WC, Fitness areas were made by HDL. The visualization and software of all common areas were realized with the central facility NETx software.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
